Contact Majestic Deck Builders Austin
Reach out for any deck project across Austin and the Hays County corridor. We typically respond within one business day, and we’ll schedule a site walk within the following week. Calls and emails route to the same team, so the channel you pick is up to you.
Phone: (512) 900-5728. Calls during business hours (Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 6 PM Central) reach the office directly. After-hours calls go to voicemail; we’ll return them the next business morning. Voicemails get triaged faster when you leave your ZIP code and project type in the message.
Email: info@deckbuilderaustintx.net. We check email continuously during business hours. For email inquiries, including your project ZIP and a quick description of what you’re thinking about (new build, replacement, pool deck, multi-level on a sloped lot, etc.) speeds up the response.
For projects outside that footprint, call before submitting a request. We’ll let you know whether the location works for our schedule and travel commitments. Some Hill Country acreage builds outside the standard service area still fit; some don’t.
Inquiries are routed to the same team that handles client communications during active builds. You’re not getting a phone tree or a sales rep filtering your call before it reaches someone who can answer. The team page at About Majestic covers the build philosophy and how the crew operates in more detail.
For existing clients with active builds, the crew lead on your project is your primary contact for build-related questions (flashing detail, stair geometry, material delivery scheduling). The office handles billing, scheduling adjustments, and HOA or permit follow-ups. If you’re not sure which to call, the main number routes you correctly.
For HOA architectural committees or permit offices needing a certificate of insurance, contact the office directly. We can issue COIs naming your HOA or jurisdiction within one business day. General liability and workers’ compensation coverage are both current and verifiable. Our build process page covers the full sequence from site walk-through to final inspection, if you want context on where insurance documentation fits in.
We don’t take phone solicitations or unsolicited sales pitches. We’ll respond to legitimate inquiries from manufacturers and trade partners, but please email rather than call the main line. Thanks.
